Genome Technologies provides start-of-the-art Next Generation Sequencing capabilities and delivers high quality data for researchers across all JAX locations. We house a variety of sequencers and are fully equipped with automated instruments to process various samples at scale. We offer end-to-end services from nucleic acid extraction, sample preparation, sequencing, data processing, QC and delivery.
