The Pre-Clinical Imaging Core (PCI) is a Scientific Service within the Center for Biometric Analysis. PCI provides state-of-the-art imaging modalities and scientific consulting, including assistance with experimental design, image processing, and data analysis and interpretation, as well as training for researchers interested in becoming proficient in imaging techniques.
The Core provides in vivo and ex vivo imaging resources for the determination of anatomical, physiological, functional and neurological markers. Supported modalities include: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed X-ray Tomography (MicroCT), Digital Radiography (Rad), Dual-Energy X-ray Absorption Densitometry and Composition (DEXA), and Micro-Ultrasound (US).
To discuss a new project, please go to the iLAB site for the Center for Biometric Analysis and initiate a Consultation Request.
