ATTENTION ⚠️
In observance of a holiday, Agilent CrossLab/iLab Operations Software Support Help Desk will be closed during U.S. hours on Friday, July 4th, 2025. We will resume regular U.S. support hours on Monday, July 7th, 2025. EU and APAC Support will remain open during this time. For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to the ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.
The Research Necropsy Service is part of Histopathology Sciences. The Research Necropsy Lab is located on the first floor of the Functional Genomics Building (FGB), room 1765, just down the hall from the Lab Store. The lab is equipped with four state-of-the-art ventilated necropsy tables and two ventilated racks for temporary housing of mouse shipping containers and cages.
Researchers may schedule time to carry out their own necropsies or they may request, as a fee for service, that we conduct necropsies and tissue collection for them. Training is also provided to researchers and their staff members who wish to learn to perform their own necropsies. In addition to necropsies and tissue collection for histological processing, we can collect samples for hematology, chemistry, and serological analysis.
